Lynley has a PG Dip Science in Child & Family Psychology (Dist), PG Dip Specialist Teaching in Learning & Behaviour (Dist), BA (Psychology), NZCER Lvl C, ATCL (Voice) and is a NZ Registered Teacher.
She has spent the last decade supporting students, families and teachers across a wide range of contexts and diversity of learning and behavioural needs. This has included teaching English as a second language, teaching students with high and complex needs, teacher professional development and, supporting students, families and teachers as a Resource Teacher for Learning and Behaviour (RTLB).
In a previous career, Lynley worked in banking and private investment management, both in the retail and corporate sectors.

2Flourish is the culmination of many years of living, learning, studying, parenting, teaching, a variety of professional roles and a strong belief in the power of each person to create their own successful pathway towards their brightest future. We know that parenting is the most important, joyous and challenging role we can have. We've distilled the key elements of building a strong and positive sense of self into a child centred process, supported by family. We believe the greatest gifts we can give our children are the building blocks towards their "best" life and a "GPS" to navigate the journey.
The 2flourish process identifies strengths and areas for development and then provides uniquely tailored support to reach relevant goals. We teach children strategies relevant to their needs and guide and empower parents to support their own children.

- Skill strength and character strength identification and strategies for use
- Learning about the brain with visual supports
- Resilience strategies with visual supports
- Calm and focus strategies with visual supports
- Learning strategies with visual supports
- Tips for teachers in using strategies in the classroom

The 2Flourish process involves meeting times plus time for analysis and reporting on assessments as well as creating specific resources for your child. We tailor the process for your situation. The process is provided at $125+gst/hr. We offer a free 30-minute initial discussion of the 2flourish process and its suitability for your needs.
2Flourish is a mobile daytime service – we come to your home to meet with you and your child. We are also available via phone and web calls. Meetings can be arranged with your child’s school with agreement.
